Dr. Eckert is a psychologist with over 18 years of counseling experience helping people on their journeys toward health and wholeness. Some seek Dr. Eckert’s help with a relationship or a difficult season of life. Others come after struggling with grief and loss or feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, fear or sadness. She counsels folks across the lifespan on a wide range of emotional and behavioral difficulties. Some of the most common issues Dr. Eckert works with are related to identity, spirituality, relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexuality, body image and eating disorders.
